Fix AirPods Water Damage — All Models, Free in Your Browser

Steps

  1. Open SpeakerRescue tool on your phone
  2. Select AirPods/Earbuds
  3. Remove the AirPods from the case
  4. Hold one AirPod speaker-down over a dry cloth, phone next to it at max volume
  5. Run 165Hz for 30 seconds, then 528Hz for 30 seconds
  6. Repeat for the second AirPod

Wipe both AirPods and the case interior with a dry lint-free cloth before reseating. Moisture trapped in the case re-enters the earbuds.
